I took my truck in for some suspension work and was really impressed with the service. The team was knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything they were doing. The repairs were done quicker than I expected, which was a nice surprise. My only suggestion would be to improve the waiting area a bit—it could use some more comfortable seating. I can’t say enough good things about my experience at this truck repair shop! I was in a bit of a bind when my truck broke down in North Bay during a road trip. The staff went above and beyond to fit me into their busy schedule. They diagnosed the problem quickly, and I was thrilled to see how transparent they were about the costs involved. They took the time to walk me through the repairs, and I felt like I was in good hands the whole time. The work was top-notch, and my truck has never run better! It was also a relief to see their level of professionalism and care. My only constructive feedback would be to have some refreshments available while waiting.
